To ensure you have a seamless shopping experience, please note the terms and conditions below and understand that once you complete a transaction with us, you are doing so in agreement of the following terms and conditions.
PRICING AND SHIPPING
All prices shown on KIDS OF SUMMERLAND are in AUD and are exclusive of shipping and international transfer costs.
At check-out, your final purchase price plus your shipping amount will be displayed. All orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to Australian GST and are included in our purchase price.
Please note, orders placed outside Australia may be subject to the relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed. We are unable to advise how much these duties will cost. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.
PO BOXES - sorry but we do not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide us with a full postal street address.SHIPPING METHODS
Delivery of products within Australia we use a combination of Australia Post and the online services of Sendle.
Shipping options do not include insurance cover; in the event of loss or damage during transit, KIDS OF SUMMERLAND will not be liable.
KIDS OF SUMMERLAND will use reasonable endeavors to arrange dispatch of your items ASAP of you submitting your purchase with us. The delivery time will vary depending on your location.
Expected shipping timeframes are:
- for international deliveries, within 21 working days; and
- within Australia, within 7 working days.
Please allow extra time for processing and delivery at peak times such as Christmas.
Once payment has been received we will confirm your order via the email address you provided during the transaction. Only once payment is received in full will your products be shipped.
Please note that we have some items that are available for pre-order before we receive stock from our suppliers. Delivery dates are an estimate only and are not guaranteed, however we will inform you of any delays. In the event your pre-order cannot be filled we will refund in full.
Please note: Any in-stock orders that are placed with pre-orders will be held aside and posted together once the pre-orders have arrived and are ready to ship. If you are wanting your in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please order in a different transaction to your pre-order. Pre-orders will be shipped once the goods are received from the supplier.
All items are subject to availability.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We really hope you love your purchase, however, if this isn't the case we are happy to accept the item(s) back for an exchange or a credit note (excluding shipping costs) provided that it is in its original condition, new and with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items are for final sale only and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please Note: We do not accept exchanges on International orders. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
- A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
- The item is returned within 7 days of being received by you.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Please note, all care is taken to ensure that prior to shipping each item is inspected for quality assurance. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty. As soon as you take receipt of the items, please ensure they are carefully inspected and immediate contact is made with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if a fault is realised. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase which will also include any shipping costs incurred.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Please ensure you meet all the conditions set out above then;
1. Contact us with the subject "return" via email to email@example.com
2. In the email, tell us the new item/s that you want to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns
3. We’ll get back to you with a return address.
4. Return the item(s). Postage costs and tracking are the cost and responsibility of the sender and we will not be liable for any items returned via post.
While care is taken to ensure the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication, the colour reproduction of some of the products may vary in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you by which we cannot take responsibility.
Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.
DECOR ITEMS AND SAFETY NOTICE
There are a number of items, including but not limited to, mobiles and garlands that are for decorative purposes only and not intended for children to play with. Certain items should not be placed directly over child / baby nor within reach.
